Week 1: Detox Prep
The first week is all about preparing for the detox, which will begin in week 2, After we connect as a group to share tips, ask questions, and provide encouragement, you'll spend the following week gathering recipes, crafting a meal plan, and shopping for food.
You'll leave week one with my top tips for sugar detox success, and clarity around what to eat (and not eat) over the next 3 weeks. recipe resources, and a kitchen full of healthy, sugar detox-approved foods.
Week 2: Digestion
This is week 1 of the detox! Digestion is a cornerstone of health. When it isn't functioning at its best, your blood sugar, hormones, and weight will suffer. We'll spend a whole week focusing on how to support your digestion, so you can immediately begin laying a solid foundation for other important systems in your body. We will talk about everything from gut health to healthy bowel movements (yes, we are going to talk about poop!)
You'll leave week two with a better understanding of digestion along with healthy habits you can implement right away to support your own.
Week 3: How To Balance Blood Sugar
I'll break down in easy-to-understand pieces how blood sugar affects your mood, energy levels, weight, and cravings. If you've ever struggled to lose weight or stay energized throughout the day (🙋♀️), this is where you'll connect the dots and find the "why".
You'll leave week three with a changed way of thinking about your eating habits and the amount of control you have over how you feel day to day.
Week 4: Learn To Love Fat
During the final week of the detox, we're uncovering the truth about fat. ALL sex hormones (including estrogen and progesterone) are made from fat, and if we're not eating enough of the RIGHT fat, our hormone health suffers.
You'll leave week four feeling clear on what types of fat you need vs. what you should avoid, and empowered in your food choices.
Week 5: Bring Foods Back
Now that you're feeling incredible in your body, it's time to start re-introducing foods and learning what works for you and what doesn't. You'll receive guidance and support as you slowly begin to bring foods back into your diet.
You'll leave week five knowing how to test yourself for certain food sensitivities and slowly beginning to eat more foods.
