Hi, I’m Andrea!

I’m a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Breathwork Facilitator—but before any of that, I was a woman trying to figure out why my body felt like it was working against me.

My story really began when I was struggling to conceive my first daughter. It was a heartbreaking season filled with unanswered questions, confusing symptoms, and the constant feeling that something was “off.”

Around the same time, my own health was unraveling—blood sugar crashes, thyroid issues, stubborn digestive symptoms, fatigue, and anxiety that seemed to come out of nowhere. And yet… every time I sought help, I was told the same thing:

“Everything looks normal.”
“You’re fine.”
“Just manage your stress.”

But I didn’t feel fine. And deep down, I knew something was being missed.
